My Responsibilities,
• Define Project requirements, Preparation of Scope of Work.
• Liaise and Coordinate with Project Engineers and other disciplines for Revamping / Improvements and Modification of Onshore Oil and Gas Processing Facilities
• Development of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control System Philosophy
• Review Project Technical Proposals, Design Engineering, Engineering Calculations, Equipment Specifications,
• Develop and Propose integration of EC&I Architecture Design, Layouts and systems specifications
• Active Participation in Risk Assessment, HAZOP, HAZID Studies, Cause and Effects,
• Ensure Engineering and Construction Design meets company’s Health Safety Environment policies.
• Supervise Engineering Contractor / Sub contractors from Front End Engineering to Procurement and Construction to Commissioning according to Scope of Work and Company Specifications
• Witnessing of FAT / SAT. (PLC, Control Panels, ESD, MCC, LV, F&G, Generators, and Compressors)
• Timely handover of engineering deliverables, Preparation of Construction, Commissioning / Start up Procedures installation and testing of equipment packages.
• Follow up daily construction activities with contactors, subcontractors,
• Coordination all commissioning / modification and Maintenance activities with Management, Production, Operations and HSE and Procurement departments.
• Responsible for all technical queries, face to face client Liaison with Design contractors, subcontractors and equipment suppliers
• Preparation of plant equipment spares / tools for testing and calibration of instruments, Preparation of BOQ, Materials, JB drawings, Instrument Loop Drawings, Manpower Supply for construction plan
• Develop good working relationship with plant operations and projects team, mentoring juniors technicians, operators to improve their skills on specific equipment startup and troubleshooting
