Preparing QA/AC Documents like procedures, ITP, Dossiers and MRBs for different projects.
Development and implementation of QMS for ISO Certification and conducting trainings for employs.
Periodically doing internal audit for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007
Dealing with client and consultant engineers.
Complete maintaining of welding file which includes WPQ, WPS, welder qualifications, filler metal & electrodes certificates, weld heat treatment & NDE operator qualification,
Conducting periodic calibration of all instruments and machineries and keeping the record & certificates for the same.
Stage wise inspection of fit up and dimension, Welding, Blasting and painting etc.
Conducting the Non Destructive Testing like UT, MT and PT.
Selecting weld joints for NDT, offering it to NDT companies and coordinating with them.
Conducting Final Inspection of finished products before dispatch.
Preparing all quality related report.
Preparing and maintaining detailed database of project activities
Stage inspection of welding in fabrication shop as per WPS. This includes Joint Design, Base Metal Verification, Checking of Filler wire and Electrodes, Purging, Baking of Electrodes, etc.
Performing the visual inspection of root & final pass of weld joints.
Conducting the Non Destructive Testing like RT, MT and PT.
Selecting weld joints for NDT, offering it to NDT companies and coordinating with them.
Reviewing report and RT films etc.
Planning and implementing the entire inspection and work according to the client requirements.
Complete maintaining of welding file which includes WPQ, WPS, welder qualifications, filler metal & electrodes certificates, weld heat treatment & NDE operator qualification, also control certificate which includes list of instruments and expiry dates.
Inspection during welding which includes visual follow up of weld quality, weld preparation, filler metal reference material, backing protection, pre-heating & post heating temperature and root pass visual examination.
Inspecting Raw materials and preparing reports, reviewing MTC and correlating heat number etc.
Conducting Final Inspection of Foamed Pipes before dispatch.
Conducting inspection of Perlite & Pour-Foamed Spools, insulated pipes.
Performing lab tests of perlite and foam, like density, thermal conductivity, compression strength and closed cell content etc.
