• Enterprise Architecture Roadmap
Participate in create an ordered sequence of Enterprise Architecture initiatives that are required to make the transition from the current state architectural baseline to the future Enterprise Architecture vision. This roadmap is created for 3 years planning, and reviewed annually.
• Stakeholder management
Create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.

Key Projects
• Application Architecture Landscape:
Application Architecture Landscape Project will develop architecture blueprints and dashboards detailing the current state of the application landscape. The project outcome will provide clear line-of-sight into the operational and technical impact of key application decisions.
• Business process standardization
Working with different stakeholders to create standard business processes, review, and send feedback to comply with BPMN 2.0

• Ajman Municipality Process Reengineering and Automation: the project’s mission was to re-evaluate the current running 45 processes, and automate them, I was responsible for defining the stakeholder, studying the as-is situation, and developing the to-be, along with the roadmap.
• Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) Portal: The project goal was to assess the current services offered in the portal, conduct gap analysis against the management vision and process re-engineering to develop a new portal and execute data migration from the old system.

Ministry of Commerce Process Automation: Building a new system to serve the ministry’s business services and to integrate with the national payment gateway (SADAD)

• ZAIN Unified Customer Application Module (UNICAM II): is the point-of-sale application used by ZAIN shop representatives for serving customers and subscribers. UNICAM is a web-based multi-tier distributed application built using the .Net framework on the Windows platform. It contains modules to search, sell items and services, and apply adjustments on customers and subscriptions
