- Manage category portfolio to ensure high ordering volumes and effective clients handling

- Digitization- Part of a team in final launch of Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS). It is an electronic announcement, recording and reporting system which is transparent, and time efficient web based solution through which listed companies post their financial announcements.
- Facilitating Investors- Launched Corporate Briefing Program (CBP) in the midst of May, 2014. Under this program, the listed Companies are invited at KSE trading hall to hold corporate briefings for general public and analysts with a view to facilitate them understand their financial reports and offer a thorough evaluation of their business strategies by replying directly to all the queries and concerns.
- Designing & Implementation of In-house Value at Risk (VaR) Model- Earlier application software did not have the feature of calculating the VaR for Indices. With the launch of KSE’s home-grown Risk Meter, the requisites for Launch of Options have been met.
- Government Treasury Bills Launched- Designed roadmap for launch of T-Bills through Bond Automated Trading System to facilitate trading of T-Bills for small investors too. Liaised with different banks, brokerage houses, and IT team to come up with trading system. Government of Pakistan has now access to yet another class of investors and over 250, 000 investors of equity market have another risk free asset class.
- Development of New Products- Options Contracts based on Index. Unlike predecessors, my team went with the approach of first developing market where Option writers are introduced to the market initially, and there is enough liquidity in the Stock Index Futures to actually provide a space to benefit from price discrepancies between Options and Futures Contracts. KSE’s target is to observe execution of at least 500 SIFC contracts on daily basis by June, 2015.
- Products in Development Phase- ETFs and Special Convertible Rupee Account (SCRA) to facilitate investment for foreigners with the potential of increasing investment by more than $ 100 million.

•Economics: “Occupational mobility across generations”. The main responsibilities were to do the field work and to conduct Pre-surveys analysis, surveys and mapping the areas suitable for further study.
•Business: “Consumer Behaviour and Conspicuous Consumption in Weddings”. The main responsibility was to conduct interviews with newlywed couples and other people regarding weddings.
- Proposed “Costumer Value Proposition” and “Marketing Strategy” for factory plant maintenance segment to promote sales of Shell Industrial lubricants.
- Worked on Shell-Tameer Social Entrepreneurship project to promote small businesses in Pakistan through conducting workshops and assisting entrepreneurs by the provision of technical assistance at their doorsteps in different cities of the country.
- While in liaison with the Sales and Marketing Team, led deployment of new unprecedented marketing strategy which increased company’s sales in Sindh Region by 15% in a mere period of two months.

•Worked in collaboration with IT and different branches across the country to deploy technical infrastructure for handling transactions through online banking
