We usually source raw material and enter them to the store
inventory then store moves the raw materials to production,
once the product gets ready after quality assurance we check
on them and packing department packs them with required
labeling then we arrange transporting the finished products to
a distribution center or retail store where they are delivered to
the consumer with the help of our logistic center.
To look into everything required to run a sporting matters
smoothly and shortage of any raw material, be it working for
the employees, handling emergencies in the the company. and
looking after medical emergencies and arranging emergency
meeting and handling complaints.
To check with store if all the raw materials and parts that are
made into a product and distributed up the chain for
manufacture and sale and developing a working network to
the finished product.
Making customer invoices, packing lists, arranging airway bills
with the cargo tea m, arranging GSP'S form E's, evaluation
forms, arranging cargos, sending airway bills OR B/L and copies
of documents to customers and handling replacement orders
as well including replying daily emails, i did this for 4 -5 years in
Saga Sports Sialkot Pakistan.
Meetings with the clients to work on future projections.
Product quality, delivery times, faulty products and their
replacements.
