-Supporting all broadcast applications and services including Avid, VIZRT, EVS, Pebble beach Marina, VPMS, Telestream, Harmonics, and Autocue.
-Supporting all broadcast equipment including Sony Vision Mixers, Carlic Audio Mixers, Miranda Routers, Sony Cameras and Vinten Robotic, VSM Router Control system, Rediel Talkback, and all baseband equipment.
-Level two for Vizrt Systems support and implementing new workflows and products.
-Implementing and supporting VR Motion Analysis immersive system.
-Implementing and supporting VR Stypekit RedSpy system.
-Being part of Al Jazeera’s Workplace Transformation project (AJWT).
-Working on EVS system upgrade project for AJM.
-Doing regular check for all CAR rooms and systems.
-Implementing scheduled preventing maintenance and failover procedures to keep system healthy and reliable.
-Manage some of the servers
-Managing the Aljazeera Global Licenses.
-Part of service desk team working on keeping all technology equipment working well.
-Do service for all PCs all around AJN.

-Joining Functional team with Broadcast Engineers to follow their work as part to develop their work and kind of knowledge transfer.
-Manage and administrate the network and windows server.
-Networking and IT Management, servers, workstation, Windows server (Active directory, DNS, IIS, VTP, VPN, firewall, security, file servers), SharePoin, Routers, switches, and PBX.
-Provide connections and auto synchronization between main office in Qatar and the branches in Poland and Syria
-Troubleshooting the engineering software specially BIM Software.
-Use my knowledge in telecommunication and electronic to improve the connections and control the network by using some protocols and small electronic circuits.
-Doing analysis for the company system to implement it on the SharePoint to control all the work flow including engineering and administrative tasks.and provide flow chart to apply it on SharePoint.
-Managing SharePoint system and work on optimize it.
-Managing the servers in Polish branch using remote web access.
-Maintain the workstations, servers, printers, network cables, and PBX phone system.
-Leading and managing the administrative team.
-Do the interviews for new candidate.
-Follow clients regarding official papers, payments, and join the meetings.
- Supervising and sharing in the trainings for new employees.
-Preparing all official papers like leaves, salaries, overtime, final settlement, monitoring reports (productivity), beside I have good knowledge in Qatar Labor law.
- supervising and orienting the PRO, accountant, and the secretary besides doing the IT work.
-Network management, maintenance, and technical support.
-Fix, maintain, and configure PBX, alarm, CCTV systems.
Deep look to GSM network architecture and traffic, participating in designing new sites step by step beginning with site surveys and ending with choosing the type of equipment and the documentation, participating in drive test performance for both 2G & 3G network.
-Watch the act for the cellular network.
-Design new BTS sites to develop the coverage.
-Provide frequency plans.
-Make surveys to check the actual perfect place for BTSs considering the MW transmission requirements.
-Make driving tests to check the coverage and work on optimize it.
Dealing with and operate the following: a RADAR system compatible with both AIS(Automatic Identity System) and GPS, VHF communications, tracking systems, cameras, servers and computer network, which form the parts of Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS).
