Managing the Dept in best way by ensuring smooth in time Procurement of all projects and fulfilling plant requirements for running the fabrication in shop. Making sure saving of 6-10% on all orders based on commodity as Procurement target
Engaged in Execution of successful project by monitoring and coordination with Design, Procurement, Production & QA/QC departments for ensuring timley completion and dispatch as per schedule along with an increase in CM.
After award of project, ensuring Procurement as per schedule following with 6-10% saving as per annual target. Coordinating with Design and QC team for completion of Technical documentation as per client requirement.
