1- To update the schedule of quantities and prices in order to verify that the available funds are sufficient for implementing the works elements that are shown on construction drawings.
2- To prepare payment invoices and interim payment certificates.
3- To prepare BOQ's, BBS, and other technical documents required for the project.
4- To deal and arrange meetings with the suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
1- To attend meetings with teammates, clients, subcontractors and consultants as well.
2- To identify extra item rate analysis and approvals for payments.
3- To review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
4- To prepare IPC, and material adjustment sheets as well.
5- To monitor quantity of all construction work.
1- To interpret and analyze all kinds of USA and Australian based construction drawings (Structural, Architectural, Civil).
2- To takeoff quantities from the drawings using estimation softwares like Bluebeam Revu, Planswift, Excellent Sheet.
3- To prepare tender price based on scope of work, plans and specifications.
4- To forecast the cost of different materials needed for a project.
5- To prepare reports budgets, contracts and other documents required.
6- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
1- To prepare initial costs estimates for the required supplies and services.
2- To prepare BOQ's and BBS for the ongoing work.
3- To conduct research on labor, material and resources to obtain the data for costs.
4- To prepare measurement sheets of the as built structure.
