1) Dealing with over 150 Suppliers and Subcontractors .
2) Collecting offers for the supply of different Kinds of materials .
3) Negotiation with Suppliers and Sub - Contractors .
4) Preparing all necessary Comparison sheet and recommendation to Management .
5) Follow Up Payment procedures with finance department .
6) Preparing Monthly Purchasing Reports .
7) Preparing Payments Certificates for different kinds of Suppliers and Sub - contractors .
8) Preparing Samples, Catalogues and necessary Technical Sheets to obtain Consultants / Clients approvals .
9) Preparing Maintenance Charts and Reports for plants, Equipment and office Supplies .
10) Member of the Inventory Team and Evaluation Team for Fixed and Current Assets of the Group
