❖ Assist in compliance of policy and procedures of Company in Goods Receiving Process
& Warehouse Standards.
❖ Control on the Complete IN (Receiving) & OUT (Transfer to Other Stores) of the Stock
with proper policy and procedures like Shelf Life, First in First Out, Documentations,
Approvals.
❖ Analyzing Orders for Receiving with sales trend and current stock to avoid overstock.
❖ Coordination with suppliers for Return to Vendor Stocks to decrease over stocking/waste.
❖ Conducting the Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Inventories on Floor & Warehouse and after
analyzing the differences and Report sharing with the stake holder after clearing all
issues.
❖ Implementation of the Leaflet Promotions on the store before time. And monitoring the
full promotion tasks (Promotion Items Stock Analysis, Promotion Items Price Issue etc.
etc.) for customer’s better experience.
❖ Coordination with the Warehouse Teams for Damages & Receiving Stock related issues
(Short & Access) to maintain the inventory.
❖ Dispatch of Stock to other Stores with Complete Documentation & Policy Procedures.
❖ Implementation of 6 Golden Rules of Warehousing on Warehouse permanently.
❖ Running Smooth Daily Cycle of Warehousing. And reporting to Branch Manager
regarding the problems and GR.
❖ Managing team problems & encourage to work hard/Smart as per guidelines and instructions
❖ Complete control on Picking and dispatch of stock on daily basis to Dark Store, Online & Other
Small Branches (Convenience Stores)
❖ Complete monitoring of all stock transactions like dispatch, Goods Receipt. Etc. Etc.
❖ Co-ordination with other branches to arrange stock for fulfill the availability of Dark Store &
Convenience stores & Online.

❖ Running a complete Cycle of Daily Tasks like Dispatch, Inventory, Goods Receiving
Inbound, Zoning, Picking etc. etc.
❖ Picked stock will be dispatched in different vehicles as per alignment of logistics team.
Stock will be loaded in vehicles after inventory officer’s audit to minimize the wrong
picking errors.
❖ Inventory Audit will be assigned to different Aiel/Bays Concerns for Blind Audit on
Daily
Basis. And Report will be shared to all stake holder after clearing all differences.
❖ Receiving all stock from vendors as per defined SOPs like 30-40% Carton Check, Exp
Check etc. etc.
❖ Creating Zones as per Orders & Vehicle Load for different Areas of Lahore. So that the
logistics team can plan their vehicles & Riders for next day dispatch operations.
❖ Monitoring Picking of Stock & Dispatch Officers Audit to minimize the maximum
Errors. So that morning team can load them in the vehicles.
❖ Reporting to Concern Stake Holders like Daily Inventory Report, Daily GR Report, Daily
Demand Vs Dispatch & Delivered Stock Sale Report, Sleeping Stock Report.

❖ Successful Opening of the Store and looking the store operations like Stock in / Out,
Shelf Tags, and Damages Control.
❖ Preforming Shelf Audit on daily to find the price issue and items related issue which will
be resolved by the co-ordination of HO Team.

ASAP.
