• Retail Inventory planning with demand and supply targets and making sure stock out occurrence will not happen in warehouse and store. Handling and managing one of the largest Distribution depot networks (150 Routs with double trips) of Qatar in baking products.

• Documented strategy agreed and successfully implemented. Service level to operational staff increased to satisfy all staff. Agreed function performance benchmarks and KPI's achieved. All staff assessed, needs identified, and development plan in place. Stakeholders satisfaction survey results are "very good" or higher. Supplier performance monitoring in place and actively used. New sources identified and developed to increase value.
• Where appropriate, oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems and Manage coordination of customs clearance interface with government authorities through Administration Department and transportation requirement by internal customers.
• Making Ensure 100% department compliance with agreed quality standards, SOP’s and audits. Provide clear traceability for finished goods stock movements and dispatches. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lead the Ramadan planning process for the outbound warehouse team. Interacting closely with the Sales Supply Planning and Production Planning to ensure storage network is fully optimized and making Ensure transport department have the sufficient resources in place to deliver daily and weekly order requirements and Responsible for the decision making process for Network stock movement and Identify areas of risk within the Division through HARA.

 Maintained highest Customer Services Level 99.2% and Highest DPA 90%.
 3million Savings through Mix Load Transport Initiative & On time Dispatches & Billing, EDI for Ordering.
 Decreasing the overall stock covers of Raw & Packaging from 50 days to 35 days.
 Designed Tools to effectively monitoring Stock Covers & Calculating Short Falls and Better Production Planning in short & long terms.
