• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts, providing
information for auditors.
• Reviewing and checking statements and receivables, as well as auditing all operational
processes.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process.
• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
according to the monthly close schedule.
• Analyse revenues, commissions, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately
monthly.
• Reviewing journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Collaborates with other colleagues to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance and
firm-wide managers regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package.
• Prepare documents for annual external audit. Responsible for the management and audit
of all capital information.

• Preparing the Consolidated Financial Statement.
• Supervision of the finance departments staff.
• Coordinating with the finance team of the subsidiary companies.
• Preparing VAT returns for our work in Egypt and KSA.
• Preparing annual budget.
• Detailed Actual vs. budget performance reports, providing key insights into financial
performance and variances.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Coordination with the auditors & bankers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
