• Ensure all guests receive the experience as brand (SOP) and (LQA) standards to achieve the scores and goals.
• Leads and conducts regular inspectors of all butlers areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms and works with other operating departments.
• Manage operations and motivate the teams.
• Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level.
• Coaches and mentors butlers for Bespoke services.
• Ownership in creating personal connections between butlers and VIP guests.
• Dealing with high profile guests and providing personalized service (Ambassador,
Star&Luminous, American express FHR).
• Having deep knowledge of all hotel amenities and coordinating with all
departments.
• Ensure all guests preferences are provided upon arrival/ arranging
transportaons with concierge.
• Upsell all packages To generate more revenue and strengthen the BVLGARI brand
reputation.
• Ensure guests satisfactions through Pre-arrival emails and courtesy calls.
• Handle operations for VIP guests ( In room check-in & check-out ) & Handle F&B service
• Coordinate amenities for pre-arrivals with IRD & Rise in GXP.
• Conducting trainings sessions for upcoming brand standard (AMEX FHR).
• Upsell hotels packages for walkin-in guests.
