Working as a Projects Engineer with MEDMAK International Company on ABB & ISOLUX CORSAN (SEC) projects, details are:

ABB: Replacement of 8 No. of 230 KV Bulk oil circuit breaker and its associates at FARAS PP AL HASSA complete civil and installation works.

ISOLUX CORSAN: Construction of 115/13.8 KV substation installation & testing commissioning works at Al-Uqair Dammam.


My responsibilities are as follows:

 Preparation of projects activities schedules and method of statements using MS Project, MS Excel and MS word.
 Preparation and submission of material submittals for SEC approval.
 Dealing with the client, sub-contractors and material suppliers.
 Preparation of required material BOQ, generation of RFQ from the installation drawings.
 Providing technical support at the site and suggesting appropriate solution to the problems.
 Taking care of extra and reworks being done at sites.
 Monitoring daily sites progress, requirements and invoicing.
 Completion of the project on time with in the budget and
 Complete assistance to the Project managers.
 Bidding for new upcoming projects.

ABB 132KV/14.3KV SVC(Static Var compensator) Al-Ghazalah Hail(October 2014 to MAY 2015)
Handling site petty cash, arranging material, tools, manpower and site documentation, pressure handing, coordination with client and sub-contractors plus out of site workers issues problems and solutions. Technical achievements are as follows.
1. All outdoor work TSC (Thirstier Switched Capacitors), TCR (Thirstier Controlled Reactors) CF (Capacitor Filters), All Aluminum busbars(132KV and 14.3KV), Aluminum cable connections disconnectors, earth switches, CTs, junction boxes etc. installation.
2. Thirstier valves and pump units installation in indoor pump and valve rooms.
3. Cable lying through ducts and outdoor Junction boxes, CTs, VTs S.A, S.C termination etc.
4. Power TFs complete Assembly, Auxiliary TFs installation MV cable lying and termination supervision.
5. All indoor work in new and Existing SS 8916(remote end), All kind of Panels protection, control, SWGR, ACDC DB, Battery banks cable tray work, cable laying and termination.
6. By helping and coordination with testing and commissioning the project got energized on 30th of MAY 2015.

 ABB SS 8907 Hail and remote end SS 9030 Hail

1. Along with Ghazalah project I also looked after SS 8907 for almost one month to clear final snag list from 20th of April-15 to 10th of May-15 up till energization.
2. SS 9030 Hail remote end is still on going under my supervision.
3. My job in both above descriptions (point 1&2) is to manage manpower, tools, coordination with client, monitoring work progress on daily basis and progress report to the management.
