-Deploy shop staff and make staff meet customers’ and adidas’ requirements in terms of friendliness, responsiveness, service
-Ensure easy customer flow, proper shop look, implementation of visual merchandising and shop window updates jointly with the Retail Marketing Execution Manager and the Retail Manager
-Staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with functional superiors
-Set operative personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports
-Develop the functional, methodological, interpersonal and personal skills of direct reports on the job
-Manage store staff as a team
-Ensure implementation of retail training programs provided by AC in own store
-Measure progress on own KPIs
-Report to all superiors along MIS guidelines
-Monitor all reports
-Plan store budget
-Monitor and report on local retail market trends and competitors
Maximizes store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales
Trains and promotes high customer service standards.
Reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls, Ensures store achieves defined stock loss targets.
Delivers the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and ensures individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
Gives feedback on lines, sellers, and customer requests.
Applies and maintains guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance.
Constantly seeks to improve staff awareness of stock loss issues.
Actively seeks out and implements any additional opportunities to reduce stock loss.
Initiates and promotes highest standards of in-store training
allocates additional responsibilities to further staff development.
