I'm working in an import/export company in TUNISIA.
* From 22th July, 2009 i was affected at the SHIPPING DEPARTMENT until 31th December, 2012.
* From 01th January, 2013 i was affected at the FORMALITIES AND DOCUMENTATION EXPORT and at the same time related to the LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT.
* MY TASKS:
- Establishment of export, import and local market documentation. (Invoices, Bill of Lading, packing list, weight list, Certificate of Fumigation - Certificate Of Analysis and many others documents...)
- the formalities to do with the customs before selling marchandises-
- Import documentation of chemicals products (SODA ASH DENSE)
- All the Formalities Concerning Local Market (Monitoring of Partial shipment...)
- My new task this Years is to Control Containers rented from the best agent in the world like MAERSK LINE, CMA-CGM, SAFMARINE, SEAGOLINE, UMA, MED-EXPRESS and many other agents.
- After the Shipment of the loaded containers to our customers arround th world, i'm instructed to control all the invoices received from the agents before Paiment.
- My future task in this department this year, will be the control of vessels.
