- Monitor project KPI’s for projects of country or region for P&L (EBIT, EBITDA), quality and timing and, report monthly results to the Regional/Corporate Direction level.
- Support/coach activity of all departments, ensure they comply with internal standards and development methodology.
- Prevent projects from deviating in development/quality/timing and establish action plans if needed.
- Assure technical/functional requirements, including costumer specific requirements are satisfied along the project life.
- Determine and setup processes, standards to all departments for achievable ovjectives/goals.
- Ensure ongoing improvement of Ficosa Development Systems : FDS, FPSS, CMS, etc..
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Ensure proper communication/benchmarking and knowledge sharing between all department’
s team members
- Support the Sales Area in improving relationship with clients through visits, presentations, etc.

- Define the specification and technologic requirements to be developed for new processes.
- Assure implementation of SEWS process standards.
- Collaborate in the production problems analysis of the plant, propose appropriate corrective measures for process.
- Cooperation with Product Engineers through application of DFM/A principles in order to increase the productivity of the
processes and reduce the associated costs. Participate in the decision for manufacturing workshops.
- Part of offer processes of new projects, new products R&D projects, and Benchmarking teams by contributing in the analysis
of matters related to the processes.
- Participate in the R&D of new technologies of the productive processes : objective of improving the existing ones.
- Support continues improvement activities in the processes in production in the plant of responsibility.
