Context and Achievements:
• Successfully developed scripts and reports to identify international voice traffic fraudulent customers, and then immediately cancel them. This allow the company to daily cancel 90% of this kind of customers and then increase traffic turnover by 15%
• Dramatically increased the turnover of Morocco Telecom by setting up a new and effective billing control process
• Led Convergence Data Base Project for Morocco telecom to have compliance between Intelligent Network Data base and Billing system Data Base. Over 30 Million cellular customers concerned
• Managed the Decisional Reporting team (8 analyst programmers )
• Led Decisional Reporting project that gathered and analysed the different business users needs and requests and then created the adequate Business Objects XI universes and reports to provide them final reports and more insight
