Job Responsibilities:
Managing Daily DDS with the customer and team.
Working with Customer on the Exemption process.
Working with carriers and broker on the critical issues.
Manage Team workload and redistribute efforts.
Managing HR team concerns.
Working on team development plans.
Manage Employees vacations plan and backup plan.
Conducting Monthly /Quarterly meetings with Brokers and Carriers.
Define new solutions for Supply Chain Optimizing solutions and cost savings projects.
Manage OPS teams, responsible for maintaining Broker SOP/SLA's, daily flow, etc.
Handling queries and escalations from customer, Suppliers, agents, ex. with systems and tools, and clarifying policy guidelines.
Working on CDA, FAP Auditors action plan.
Focusing on simplification process in day to day Logistic activities.
Working on the Saving projects ideas and implementation with Value creation and logistic Team.
Focusing on the full Logistic area making sure on the customers satisfaction.
Supervising and maintaining records for my team working under me.
Attending Daily/Weekly/Monthly Meeting with customer and Brokers.
Preparing Weekly / Monthly inbound KPI & Score cards.
Preparing Monthly/ Quarterly KPI for broker’s performance.
Supervising the Team on Critical Shipments and Urgent shipment to avoid business interruption and Satisfy customer.
Managing day to day issues with the brokers, Suppliers for smooth run.
Working with the team on daily basis on time (Shipment clearance, Documentation, payments, supply etc.)
Supervising and Motivating the Team to manage various individuals to work together to achieve the same goal.
Pro Active problem solving ability in implementing solutions with the consideration of bottom line.
Working with Value creation team on Cost Avoidance & Savings projects
Worked in maintaining smooth administration and timely management of raw material arrival at the plant.
Attending the daily meeting for the critical materials and give appropriate update to the MSM team.
Reviewing the documentation and forwarding accurate documents to broker for the clearance (Sea, Air, and Land).
Creating Arrival shipment notification in SAP.
Following up with the suppliers for the accurate documentation and making sure to be sending to us before the shipment arrival.
Following up for the delay in shipments and update the planners to take necessary step to avoid the business interruption.
Following with the shipping line for the delays shipment and get it on time before the OOS for the material.
Following up with the broker for the shipment clearance and updating MSM team accordingly.
Following up with the Warehouse for Offloading and releasing the critical materials once reached the plant to avoid any delay to start the production.
Following up with suppliers for Cost Avoidance such as Credit notes etc.
Updating the demurrage claim report daily basis.
Logistic Exposure
Job Role/Department: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Supervising and maintaining the records of staff working under me.
Receiving the VIP orders shipments from MEDC.Preparing the supporting documents (Receiving report) and making claim reports on shortage/excess if any.
Looking after the supply of parts to (Cash counter, Workshop counters, Body shop) and delivering the parts as per their request within proper time.
Supplying parts to the Branches, lease department (Aramco contracts)
Arranging & Receiving Tires for Lease contract and transfer to different branches.
Responsible for receiving Parts and checking the stock present within the warehouse.
Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels on a regular basis to ascertain availability of all parts at all time and maintaining stock check.
Keeping the maintenance records of vehicles, warehouse cleanliness etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and placing VIP, VOR and Stock orders with General Motors - Middle East Distribution Center (MEDC), in Dubai UAE;
Preparing and forwarding reports to MEDC as a regular follow up with regards to Parts needed for the customers and vehicle waiting for parts.
Following up with the work shop counter as well as salesman for daily status reports such as back order status, parts received status and many more. (P, R, C)
Preparing orders for new / superseded parts, processing invoice summary for new shipments. Releasing shipments, verifying conformity of received parts.
Preparing LPO, receiving parts form the local market and supplying to the branches.
Preparing, consolidating and reporting the internal annual stock check of inventory for all the branches as well as facilitating the regular periodical perpetual stock checks.
Software Knowledge (Kerridge, Holden catalogues, Parts imager, EPC).
Updating sales software for the salesman; creating login and passwords, and troubleshooting problems with the IT department.
Handling major issues pertaining to supply parts to wholesale customers including preparing Quotations, verifying placed orders, as well as superintending supply process.
Generating a range of report including;
• Personal Department (Employee’s attendance, payroll)
• Accounts Department (Local purchase and Invoice summary)
• Management (Daily Parts return, sales and Accessories)
Assuming responsibilities for all administrative issues personal transactions; payroll processing; orders; purchasing and invoice payments. Maintaining confidential records of office and personnel information.
