Main duties and experiences in HR field
• Managing payroll, leaves, vacation and make system modifications if necessitated
• Issuance reports of annual and sick leaves and other leaves on monthly basis
• Prepare all types of deductions and overtime on monthly basis
• Controlling attendance and follow up leaves and vacations on daily basis
• Ensure continious implementation of internal systems, policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations and implement internal list of penalties
• Attract candidates and conduct interview per recruitment policy
• Design policy for motivation according to performance
• Conduct medical insurance contracts and follow up medical claims during the contract validity
• Counseling employees and support department heads
• Ability to design and prepare all HR department work forms
• Supervise employees performance evaluation and design the proper procedures to implement
• Prepare the company chart of organization
• Prepare the scale of salaries
• Prepare the HR actual budget
• Prepare Job description cards and duties of departments
• Excellent knowledge with Jordanian labor law
• V. good knowledge with the social security laws
• Manage the HR department and employees and follow up the departmental daily operations
