Executing operational tasks under guidance of Field Operators, Panel Operators and Operations
Supervisors:
* Observing local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard
operating practices.
* Starting up and stopping pumps, compressors and other equipment and units such as
Desalination Unit, Demineralization Unit and Nitrogen Generation Unit based on the
direction of the panel operator.
* Patrolling the plant and ensuring that the equipment is operating normally and that no
unusual conditions exist.
A three‐month program focusing on the theoretical and practical aspects of the plant, including Ammonia & Utilities and Urea Fertilizer Production Plants.
A training program focusing on the welding processes related to Gamasa/Fenosa 42” (7 km) natural gas pipeline project started on 2011.
I contributed to carrying out two projects as part of a team: 1) A case study of Balayiem Zone 2 reservoir engineering zone supplied by Petrobel Suez gulf. The objectives were to determine the OOIP by using different ways, driving mechanism, predicting the behavior of reservoir with changing parameters, and modeling the reservoir by using MBAL, ECLIPSE simulators and Excel sheets. 2) A case study of UGDC Plant in Port said illustrating the reception, conditioning, NGL recovery and fractionation and finally a case study of recycling to find a solution for the lean feed problem.
