Role Description
• Handling daily settlement with the payment schemes: NAPS, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and CUP
• Handling Quarterly Statistics reporting for Visa and Mastercard
• Processing and reconciling daily Merchant Payment
• Accounts monitoring and reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Assisting branches and related departments as needed
• Extract MIS on timely basis for the purpose of closely monitoring them.
• Handling daily settlement of the Loyalty Management System
• Supporting International Branches and subsidiaries
• Participating in enhancement and new projects as a main contact person, conducting UATs and PLVs.
· Provided the full range of customer service, account management, Assisted Customer with new
Applications, and answered general questions about all services and AMEX cards benefits.
· Served as first point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues.
· Handled disputes and fraudulent transactions reporting.
· Described promotional offers and used persuasive sales techniques to upsell services and/or convince clients to apply for additional products.
· Accepted customers’ card payments and prepared daily reports
· Handled a huge project to update customer contact details and personal information
· Handled Cards stock inventory and made sure that all the received cards are delivered to the holders in the required time frame
· Maintained high volume of quality work, while insuring highest confidentiality
