ATM-CDM Transactions: Input and analyse the ATM-CDM transaction, count and volume on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, on different segment like Mass, Ratibi, Elite etc, Branch/Offsite, Emirates and submitting the presentation deck to the Senior Management
Complaints Management: Monitor and lead the ATM-CDM customer complaints resolution on withdrawals and deposits with reconciliation team, checking the transactions details in EJ, intellimatch and T24, Analyse the root causes like hardware and software issues and share with IT
Capacity Calculation: Input and analyse the volumetric data of the team on different processes and reporting them on a periodical basis to the Senior Management
Upkeep reports on ATM issues: Coordinating with external vendors like TG and NCR on ATM replenishment, cleaning, resolving branding issues, machine related issues like PIN shields, PIN hole camera etc and report the same on a daily basis.
New Installation and removals: Coordinate new ATM installations and removal requests and implementations with PBG, IT, ATM Support, FM and external vendors on
Capacity Calculation: Input and analyse the volumetric data from Operations and reporting them on a periodical basis to the Senior Management
Obtain the volumetric data from operations in prescribed format and maintenance of the data integrity
Ascertain the data consistency with previous months / periods and ensure that the data is provided correctly as per the format
Analyse the trend of the volume in relation to the standard time for processing each task as per FTE.
Analyse the standard timings and re-evaluate by coordinating with Operations staff
Discuss and decipher the essentials of a robust measurement mechanism for FTE savings based on economies of scale achieved by analysing the trend of volume and productivity
Operations Training Dashboard: Track an anlyse the daily training progress of each employee, Service an Department and depict with graphs an charts.
Maintain good inter-personal rapport with Operations staff and have a keen know-how of extracting the information from people and system
Creation of Reports in MS Excel with Macro functions and preparing Presentation in MS PowerPoint providing insights into the analysis.
Compiling and consolidating the data and maintain its integrity in various file folders with strong security access measures
Being responsible in the data accuracy and communicative to clarify the questions relating to analysis
Compare the data of previous periods and bring about trend methods of volume based on FTE behaviour and seasons
Budget preparation calculating the forecasted revenue and cost of the company
Monthly actual Profit and Loss calculations and comparison with the forecasted budget
Analyze key operational and business performance indicators, identify performance gaps and trends, provide the analysis to stakeholders in easy to understand format for proper root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS), where necessary, develop MIS system for operations management and provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Develops MIS documentation and Dashboards to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance like Professional Services Dashboard and Project Financials Dashboard
Create presentation decks to support management meetings and management communications
Perform all reporting requirements from HR, Project Management Office (PMO), Resource Management Group (RMG), Finance and Delivery Excellence teams
Setting up reporting scopes for HR Operations, stating from Transition stage.
Working with MS Office and internal Softwares for Reporting and Analysis for entire HR Operations
Preparing and analyzing several HR Reports - Joiners and Leavers Report, Alumini Report, Probation Evaluation Report, Recruitment Report, R&I survey, Visa Tracking, Exit status, Head count Reports, Appraisal Data generation and providing suggestions for improvement
Preparing Adhoc Reports as per the various client requirements based on Office, Employee Rank, Nationality, Gender, Professional qualifications, Appraisal ratings etc
Responsible for Probation Evaluation Process: The team will coordinate the Probation Evaluation process by collecting self-evaluation from the employee and the feedback from his/her counselor
Counselor Survey: This is to collect the feedback on each counselor from his/her counselors which ultimately helps the counselor to understand and evaluate his/her own performance and helps the management for their decision makings. The team is responsible for collating and updating the counselor details and for designing and delivering the survey in the particular tool. The final report is shared with the management with detailed analysis on Office/Service Line and Unite basis
Balance Score card: Scorecard provides a glance on each employees’ performance such as Utilization, Revenue, Sales etc. The team design the Scorecard in the system based on the various parameters and metrics shared by the senior management and the financial controllers and update the actual values for each employee based on the financial periods
Local Client Care Survey: A very important survey on firm’s perspective as this is to collect the feedback from all the external clients of EY on the projects they have been delivered. This helps the firm to evaluate the performance of each team and action plan for the Exceptional client Service
Training Evaluation: Converting the employee feedback on the various trainings from Excel to Power point presentation which is shared with the presenters and considered for their Performance Appraisals. The training include firm wide and Service Line specific sessions
Multi Source Feedback: Another Survey which is applicable only for Senior and above ranked employees and collect the feedback from various units which they have worked with. Same as Counselor Survey, the team is responsible to design and initiate this and summarize and analyze the results
Updating and generation of HR-dashboards and Communication trackers regularly
Working as an End-User in SAP and familiar with PA module
Arranging meetings, voice conferences and video conference across locations
Pooling of data from various sources, consolidating and performing various analyses for the preparation of various reports on monthly, weekly and daily basis
Handling employee verification and confirmations
Handling employee onboarding process that includes updating employee details like location/unit transfers, allocation to various projects and maintaining employee master records in SAP
Organizing and anchoring various employee engagement & development programs spread across different geographies.
Event Coordinating for various corporate extra cultural events and sports
