Maintain and increase standard of customer service in order to increase the loyalty of the customers
Driving team performance
Controlling the training and development of my team
Hiring the suitable manpower to fill the vacancies and feed the business with additional valuable team members
Communicating with the brand team to insure addressing all product feedback and build launching plans
Communicating with marketing team to organize the events and the required advertisements
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Jimmy Choo(2 branches: Avenues & 360 mall), Kenzo, Maxmara, Weekend by Maxmara, Marina Rinaldi, Persona (2
branches: Avenues & Marina mall), Max & Co, Marella, Gerard Darel, Weill, Twinset, Petit Bateau (kids wear), Underline / Outlet (2 branches: Avenues & Marina mall).
Acting as area manager for 3 Italian brands (5 stores) : 2 stores of JIMMY CHOO brand, 2 stores of LIU JO brand and 1 store of TWINSET brand.
Store Manager/ Armani Kuwait Flagship Store /Altayer Group:
Maximize store contribution through exploring every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls.
Strive to exceed customer needs and expectations by identifying store specific service opportunities and correcting performance issues.
Weekly / daily analysis of commercial reports & implementation of action plans where necessary.
Provide weekly feedback on store performance, promotions and trends and provide a two way loop with marketing team to enhance business.
Delivers the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and ensures individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
Ensure the sales team delivers shrinkage targets and control operations using a clear plan for Loss Prevention.
Coach sales team on the execution of merchandising plans, implement optimum space management options based on store trends, brand and category performance.
Ensures that appropriate products are available and effectively merchandised, while ensuring that standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
Support all company policies and procedures and ensures the stores comply with all government agency rules and regulations.

Ensure communication is effective throughout Store and back to the brand team.
Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls.
Implement processes specific to store product, size & location.
Manage a team including: in-store training, recruitment, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock & fixture positioning according to brand guidelines.
Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions.
Manage manpower planning according to business needs.
Ensure the store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally accordingly to company guidelines & deadlines.
Maximize sales & ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.
