- Write letters, reports, resumes, minutes, presentations and compose correspondences or complies recurring reports for supervisor.
- Receives and directs telephone calls and office visitors, answer questions, takes messages, and respond to verbal and written requests for information (supervisor, or staff positions).
- Manage the Manager’s email, delegate emails to the team, and ensure the tracking to completion
- Reminder the manager and the higher executive officers of important tasks and deadlines.
- Determine the requirements for weekly meeting and ensure all relevant meeting documents are available prior to the meeting.
- Establish and maintain files, records, and logs.
- Collect time sheets for local office, and project related sites. Audit and correct the time charges and others changes.
- Handle and maintain the Human resources documents, payroll system, and monthly reporting, by managing databases and filing systems.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies for the group, and participate in the preparation of client invoices.
- Perform other duties as required/ assigned.
