- Conduct Initial Screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the candidates who are most fitting to the job

- Participate in the HR orientation sessions for the new hires to increase their awareness of the company policy
- Answer internal inquiries regarding company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and other pertinent information in order to facilitate the work flow process
- Update the recruitment tracking sheet to follow up the quarterly hiring needs
- Attend employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates and to the public
- Utilize HR (HITS) system to keep it updated with proper data and extract the required candidates’ data
