• Managing the repair of Wellhead equipment (CSG HDs, CSG SPLs, TBG SPLs, Manual & Actuated Valves, X-Trees, TBG HGRs, CSG HGRs, and all service tools)

• Contributed to increase the repair revenue to $18MM in 2020 compared to $10MM in 2019, and worked on the same rhythm in 2021
• Assisted in clearing the backlog of the repair items in all years
• Enhanced the OTD and KPI for repair orders
• Supported to consume from the on hand inventory spares and reduced the amount of spares sitting with no previous use
• Developed the workflow in repair and implemented processes, flowcharts, guidelines for long term use
• Improved the usage of Oracle system and worked as guidance to other countries
• Trained to get familiar with the Wellhead and Mudline equipment
• Handled TBG HGRs make/up and achieved customer satisfaction and OTD
• Worked with other departments (Quality and Engineering) and gained more experience on how to deal with the repair equipment

Responsibilities:
• Assisted in the electrical setup and reduced the cost of the experiment by analyzing the multiple options of how to power up the system with given power requirements
• Ensured the safety of the team by understanding and completing the Arc Flash calculation, providing suggestions of what Personal Protective Equipment to wear as well as finding a good supplier
• Gained hands on experience by controlling/wiring the power source and building the wooden chamber which mimics the inside of a car
