• Independent review of loan applications form branches to ensure adherence to stipulated policies on approvals limits loan term loan amount loan repayments periods and other credit criteria.
• Process /Create requests from branches, providing timely feedback to originating branches on exceptions and rejections of incomplete documents on loan requests.
• Maintain a record of loan documentation ensure date integrity and confidentiality loan pay offs.
• Independent Review Of pay-off requests from branches to ensure accuracy in pay off amount and periods to prevent bank exposures on double or multiple loans.
• Process requests from branches on pay-offs providing timely feedback on excerption
• Maintain a record of loan payoff, ensuring date integrity and confidentiality credit Reference Bureau (CRB) Banking application system updates.
• Handle CRB date clean up exercise on online loan applications and loan disbursements to ensure consistent high rate of successful records.
• Review online loan applications to the credit Reference Bureau to ensure applicable search fees are paid by client and prevent undue bank exposure on statutory charges.
• Departmental filing and documentation of all transactions and posting
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the head of Department.
