IBS coordinator manager
1. End to End management of IBS rollout project
2. Manage subcontractors for timely and quality delivery
3. Interface with customer for technical and project management issues
4. Manage material and ordering related to all IBS DAS equipment and accessories
5. Drive subcontractors to meet target deadlines of site completion
6. Coordinate with documentation team for Site folder preparation in deadline
7. Prepare monthly invoice & progress report to the higher management.
8. Project handling, daily reporting, documentation, snag clearance & site acceptance with the customer.
9. Coordinating with site installation teams & subcontractors to strictly follow the Health & Safety procedure during site installation
10. Prepare sites for final acceptance
11. Coordination with the clients and the subcontractors, solving the site issues and maintaining the quality standards.
12. Preparations of the Materials re-conciliations on monthly basis.

• Manage the team to do the first maintenance for the outdoor sites
• Assist the team on ground to solve any issue in GSM sites
• Work on Alcatel BTS for the integration and commissioning
• Manage teams to install IBS network in Algeria Airport, Sheraton hotel
• Managing a Dismantling project in Algeria
• Assign the tasks for teams & ensure the effective utilization of the team members.
• Ensure the quality performed by the teams in order to reutilize the dismantled equipments.
• Setup the overall schedule to ensure targets achievements on time & within budget.

• Supervise the TI implementation for outdoor sites
• Perform Sweep test for feeder cables & complete antenna line system to ensure overall system acceptable VSWR result
• Supervise the installation of rooftop mobile stations, i.e. Shelter, masts, cable trays, feeder cables and grounding system (Civil works)
• Having a clear track on the equipments delivered to the consignee.
