Managing and supervising four different functional areas (Accounts Receivable - Credit Collection -- Institutional Membership - Subscription).
Monitoring the process of accurate collection of the operating income of the firm and ensuring the cash conversion cycle is minimized while reaching the highest customer experience.
Designing, developing & testing complete web-based online systems cooperating with IT dept.
Upgrading and improving the current online system by adding new tools and features aiming at automating the recurrent operational activities and tasks to save cost in staff time and efforts.

Running interviews to select competent calibers, setting the annual recruitment plan, preparing job descriptions, training material, and setting up the performance-based salary live report.

Managing communications, financial reporting and collection issues of major deals relevant to acquisition and vending from and to key market players.
§ Coaching and leading a team of ten members responsible for communicating with global
customer and for collecting the unpaid invoices in the scheduled time frame.
§ Coordinating with the Information Technology department to apply new tools and features to
the current online system for developing the collection process to save time and effort.
§ Performing the extra ordinary tasks assigned by the Unit Manager.
§ Monitor and control the payment process of the unpaid invoices to ensure collection of the total
due Article Processing Charges as scheduled.
§ Following up the performance of the peer team members and reporting assessment to Team Leader.
§ Training the newly hired team members and ensuring their readiness to work independently.
§ Working as a full-responsible delegate to the Publishing Editor.
§ Performing all job tasks of an Editorial Assistant.
§ Provide the excellent customer service through communicating with global customers via e-mail
to respond professionally and timely to their inquiries and to solve their problems instantly,
aiming at achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
§ Manage the editorial workflow of all the submitted manuscripts, through an online tracking
system, to ensure that all aspects of the process are performed within the preset time frame
and with the required performance.
§ Teaching English Language for grades 4 and 5, during the educational year 2006/2007.
§ Teaching English Language and Mathematics for grades 2 and 3, during the educational years
2004/2005 and 2005/2006, respectively.
§ Improving the four language skills through different aspects of interactive learning experience
depending on role plays and other non-traditional learning methodologies.
