• Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce recruiting and staffing;
• Identify training needs and create or procure professional development curriculum
• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
• Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary
• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
• Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
• Coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff and assists and advises company management and CEO about Human Resources issues.
• Lead the Software Automation for the HR Department.
• Driving improvement/change management initiatives
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Working closely with Senior Managers, coaching them and advising on all people related issues
• Analysed the Localization (Saudization) reports, identifying the gap and worked on solution.
• Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and Human Resources issues (including termination), using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
• Organize major social events and focus groups to improve reward and recognition, internal communications and teamwork.
HR Department - (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll and Time Management, Leave Management and Training & Development).
• Developing the HR policies, procedures and workflow to be in line with the company’s overall development plan.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing Saudi law and Aramco requirements.
• Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments.
• Reviewing the update of job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Developing the orientation programs for the new recruits.
• Developing the salary scale and employee grading to be in line with the current compensation trends in the Saudi market.
• Design of a merit increase, incentive and bonus.
• Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinate with department managers.
• Creating Training Matrix and developing training programs.
• Reviewing employee welfare policies.
• Analysing exit interviews and creating retention plan
• Preparation of Human Resource monthly reports and statistics.
Admin Department - (Insurance, Project insurance, Document control, Facilities Management, General Support, Security and Government Relation).
• Create policies, procedures and workflow for insurance, DC, facilities, general support, Security and GR.
• Monitor and review project insurance policy and claims with project manager and insurance company.
• Establishing a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents for the company.
• Provide Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) audits of the hardcopy Document Control files and electronic Document Control files.
• Approve any service request, material request and bills payment for Facilities and Employees.
• Reviewing the weekly report from Admin department and make sure that all transaction compliance with government policy and Aramco requirements.
• Preparation of Human Resource monthly reports and statistics.
IKTVA Project Manager (In Kingdom Total Value Added Program).
• Reviewing all ITKVA requirements
• Coordinate with HR, finance and supply chain IKTVA representatives to arrange IKTVA data
• Reviewing the data with internal audit.
• Coordinate with ARAMCO IKTVA team to submit our data.
• Creating HR policies, procedures and workflow (after review all countries law).
• Organizing the HR procedure as per the ISO requirements.
• Creating HR culture.
• Prepare job description and job specification.
• Work on HR budget which include “new hiring cost, training budget, government cost, insurance, employees events and some extra benefits.
• Prepare Manpower Plan.
• Prepare the salary scale, employee grading and motivation scale.
• Conducting Local and expatriate recruitment.
• Work on DAE System for recruitment.
• Established HR career and HR news page in company site.
• Creating Employees Performance program.
• Creating Training plan and development.
• Introduced and implemented Individual Development Program (IDP).
• Prepare monthly payroll and calculating Employee benefits and compensation.
• Prepare Employees Retention Plan.
• Cover all HR Dept. transactions such as Medical insurance, business trip, employees expenses.....etc
• Review and revise policies and outline procedures.
• Reviewing, revising and creating forms for all HR transactions
• Employee classification
• Streamline the Medical insurance for staff.
• Streamline all transactions like salary adjustment, promotion, renewal contract, warning and sick leave etc.
• Creating HR Department’s procedures manual and work flow.
• Conducting turnover analysis for Retention Plan.
• Planning and Initiation of a Social committee
• Development and revision of Organization structure (Organization charts and Job Description)
• Conducting Employee Appraisals
• Calculating Employee benefits and compensation as per the company policy and labour office policy.
• Reviewing and conducting a Headcount and preparing a report
• Dealing with HRD Funding
• Job profiling and allotment of workload for each position.
• Registration of employees with GOSI
• Finalize license for civil defence.
• Payroll operations
• Reviewing and maintaining Hand scan
• Processing sick leave, vacation, overtime transactions
• Prepare Orientation program doe the female summer students
• Conduct presentation on Company values to female summer students
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Exhibit, Media Relations, SAMSO and related organizations all activates relating to Summer B Female Orientation Program
• Coordinate with OCD and HROSD to run survey online to all female summer students and report results on the survey to SAED’s Administrator
• Extend assistance to Employment Reps to handle Processing and Recruitment functions relating to college and job qualified applicants
• Other various recruitment functions relating to CDPNE and APNE
