Working to develop the current process of the Supply Chain (Planning, Inventory management, and Warehousing).
 Nearly Expired Items: Controlling the Nearly Expired items in Main Warehouses (FEFO: First Expired First Out) in coordination with Sales department. Helping the warehouse team by visual tools
 Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP): Controlling the Warehouse Capacity through; calculating the shipping orders form the Supplier, the forecasted Sales for the upcoming days, in order to know the maximum number of trucks should be received daily in each branch & it’s Capacity.
 Inventory Balance Report (IBR): Calculating the Out Of Stocks Items (OOS), Over Stocks Items, Days on Hand (DOH) in each branch, and determine the recommended transfer between branches.
 Non-Preforming Items (NPI): Divided the NPI into 4 categories:
 Damaged/ Expired/ QA issue / Stop Shipment / Discontinued.
 Non Moving items during past 90 days.
 Slow Moving items during past 30 days, also no forecast plan to sell them next month.
 Promoted item / discounted items also they are slow moving.
 Transfers Between Branches:
 Controlling & Monitoring the transfer as it’s another cost added to the product
 Analyze the main reasons of the transfers.
 Cost saving & controlling the goods in warehouse.
 Calculate the Cost/KM for the Truck & Vans.
 Stock Management Report: Calculating the Days On Hand (DOH) Versus Sales Target, and Versus Actual Sales in each warehouse.
 Sales & Shipment Forecast:
 Develop shipment forecast on a monthly basis for each branch and total Dry Foods Business Unit by analyzing sales forecast.
 Maintaining safety stock levels in order to achieve the sales and shipments target for all branches in the business units.
 Analyze and maintain the stock levels in the warehouse by communicating with sales department based on the average daily consumption to identify the needs in each warehouse based on the allocation of the supplier.
 Analyze the targets and sales progress by the end of each month and communicate the status of the plan to the managers in order to take necessary corrective actions to achieve the planned targets.
 Oracle Supply Chain:
 Creating & Updating Item Database (Category, Sub-Category, form, variance...etc.)
 Creating Items Sub-inventories
 Creating Speed Codes for Supplier’s Products
