Ensure compliance with donor regulations according to funding for the area
Implement internal processes, employee & learning objectives; and initiatives set out in the annual Plan of Action
Ensure support function input is provided at project development stage, with the development of procurement and staffing plans to support the implementation of new projects in the area;
Provide input for improvements/updates to existing policies and procedures; & recommendations for new guidance and Standard Operation Procedures.
Responsible for the improvement and consolidation of the support functions
Prepare and submit periodic and monthly reports as appropriate & needed
Implement NRC’s HR systems and procedures at Bekaa area
Ensure adherence to NRC policies and the national labor law in all processes and procedures
Coordinate staff recruitment, introductions, trainings, staff benefits schemes etc.
Prepare and submit periodic and monthly reports as appropriate & needed
Support line/area managers in HR processes, advice in personnel conflicts/processes when relevant
Ensure that staff record in Bekaa area is up to date and filed appropriately
Prepare monthly Payroll report for all national staff
Follow up disciplinary measures/meetings; process investigations & action points
Draft and follow up Lease agreements in coordination with field Logistics
Responsible for records of Leave days, sick leaves and overtime for the field staff.
Focal point and support PM/FM in recruitments of new staff (short listing, interviews, communication etc)
Compile and follow up staff documents for filing (ID cards, insurance cards, NSSF papers, CVs, signed contracts)
Follow up Insurance and NSSF issues for field office
Coordinating for seminar events
prepare tender documents (cost control & budget ), conducting affiliates
Coordinate staff recruitment, introductions, training, staff benefits schemes etc.
Update Newsletter & set Up Schedules
preparing training programs, liaising with trainers and conducting evaluations
Representing the company to major customers and professional associations;
Managed day-to-day store operations, including; documenting financial transactions
