Pre-sales Activities
o Developing technical proposal
o Preparing and conducting demos and presentations to the customer to show how the requirements will be implemented using the CRM
o Conduct a set of presentations to show the customer our understanding to his business needs and how these business needs are going to be implemented
o Work closely with the quality team to apply the quality comments on the documents
Project Management
o Work closely with the project manager to handle the project and time line in addition to status emails and presentations
Delivery
o Conduct the kick off meeting at the beginning of the project
o Gathering the customer requirements through one to one interview or brain storming sessions
o Convert the customer requirements into Business Requirements Document and Functional Requirement Document
o Transfer the business and functional requirements to the technical team
o Implement the agreed upon design on MS Dynamics CRM with the required customization and the project related reports, without coding
o Assign tasks to the development team regarding any development needed
o Prepare the User Guide/Manual
o Deliver the required training to the customer business users
o Conducting the UAT process and receive the related sign offs
Support
o Solve the customer cases that may appear after delivery
Business Analysis
o Acts as a Consultant between different departments (Real Estate Development, Business Development, Sales & Finance)
o Provide technical solutions to meet the business requirements
o Recommends business process re-engineering to improve the business cycle
System analysis
o Translate all the users requirements into technical requirements for the developer
o Design the system to match the users requirements, and to be as user-friendly as possible
o Prepare all the required documentation
Software Tester
o Prepare test scenarios for the application and report back to the developer with an issue-tracker report
Project Manager;
o Developing projects’ plans using MS Projects
o Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
o Making sure the quality standards are met
o Monitoring the project team to make sure all guidelines are maintained

Trainer;
o Prepare training material for end-users

o Prepare training material for end-users
o Provide training sessions to end users to the ERP-CRM concept and how to use different modules of the system
o Evaluate the trainees and report the evaluation to the management

o Meeting with end users to discuss requirements
