• Work closely with students to get them grounded in certain subjects they are struggling
with while preparing lessons, assignments, and other assessments for the students
• Make corrections in assignments and other assessments where the students did not
perform well while evaluating the progress of the students through reviewing lessons,
assignments and dishing out projects periodically to the students
• Identify the individual needs of the students while making good recommendations like
books and websites to help students to be versatile in their learning and understanding
of the subjects they are taking
• Schedule meetings with students together with their parents to discuss the progress or
problems mitigating the progress of students

• Gather, organize and analyze data on each students needs and progress while
collaborating with teachers to assess needs, set objectives and discuss strategies
• Communicate and promote a positive attitude with each child while assessing and
documenting students progress with established goals
• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured
games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate childrens abilities
• Monitor childrens interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing while teaching the
alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills

• Establish a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive, and safe learning
environment that is conducive to learning while helping students prepare for
standardized testing
• Advance positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers and students and
communicate proficiently with them while meeting and working with other teachers
and supervisors to discuss school policies
• Administer tests following district testing protocol and provide progress reports while
determining and supporting standards of classroom behavior, and upholding district
adopted discipline policies
• Give and grade assignments, homework and tests while talking to parents about their
childrens progress and overseeing students during recess, lunch and other activities

• Prepare engaging classroom topics to improve students conversational skills and their
abilities in English while implementing tracking tools to evaluate students success rate
• Present lessons that facilitate students cognitive, social, and emotional development
while ensuring that there are sufficient classroom supplies at all times
• Establish a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive and safe learning
environment while keeping the classroom under control and performing administrative
duties as and when required
• Create lessons according to the students capabilities and keep the classroom well
organized and clean while solving any problems that students might face
