Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
HRIS: Develops, implements, and maintains specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information. Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system. Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required. Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. Maintains all internal files and tables. Maintains current awareness of trends in HRIS and software developments and keeps abreast of trends and new methods in information systems training, materials, and techniques. May support several functional applications
Training & Development: Mange Succession management, Build talent to fulfill key areas of growth within the organization and grow the talent pipeline Implements and operates in-house programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel. Project lead for Saudiziation, POC for HRDF & Droob Designs and administers in-house programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.CAM for KSA Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) - reviews and approves requests, policy administrator, budget owner, forecasts current year AOP and 2-5 year plans.
Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for interventions and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Support the HPTTL Program Manager by working with various suppliers in solving business problems and business process issues. Many challenges exist today with the execution of the HPTTL Contract which requires new approaches and coordination efforts. Assist the Program Manager by providing the ability to lead projects solving these complex problems. Responsible to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Coordinate groups of individuals and strive for consensus as much as possible. Responsible to manage project budgets and staffing (as required). Creating and Managing Raytheon KPI &BSC. Generate and maintain the Operations Cadence by creating a computer based tracking system covering reports, metrics, and communications. Monitor all submittal of Cadence artifacts from RAYMES functions and coordinate the General Managers Review. Research and develop computer based solutions for various Operational procedures including work flow processes. Assist the Director of Operations and the General Manager with company goals and applications in meeting these goals.. Generate procedures and policy .Manage the RAYMES Directive System.

In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
Assisting in Developing New project (KEC)
Acting as a Recruitment specialist f, AL NAGHI GROUP. July to September 2013: Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities .Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally. Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs. Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates. Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels. Submit candidate's offers and follow up on software until placing. Proactive coordination with departments for interviews. Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding.. Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.. Report weekly and when required to recruitment & staffing regional management for progress update and further instructions.. Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
