• Directed Retail Business and related operations including branches sales, product development, credit analysis, credit administration, as well as collection.
• Developed & managed multiple saving plans (Bancassurance), investment products, and accounts packaging.
• Managed & coached the Retail Banking Central team: Appraising and analyzing Credit applications in accordance with the approved credit / product policy and procedure, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, streamlining workflows from decision making till loan acquisition..
• Provided consistent assistance to branch managers and retail business teams to improve sales and quality of credit applications.
• Implemented in coordination with financial dept the business functional P/L.
