•Responsible for 18 shops in Lebanon.
•Monitors implementation of floor set provided by the Brand, making sure that all Brand Guidelines are met.
•Monitors the Retail Network’s budget and financials (Sales Budget, Shop Profit, Net Profit, sales productivity, units per transaction, average basket….)
•Budget Planning and store forecast (Target, Gross Margin, Profit)




•Prepare and plan the Season Sale, in store promotions and marketing materials.
•Drives the transfers from the warehouse to the stores before sale season.
•Monitors stock rotation in the aim to reach the highest sell out.
•Drives stock clearance plans and ensures its implementation.
•Participate in buying sessions: placing orders and pricing items.
•Provide a sufficient variety of different items to satisfy customers in different regions accordingly
•Monitors quality on display & decoration on the shop floor according to brand guidelines
•Support specific VM requirements (Marketing Events, Brand visits, Store openings…)
•Prepared 7 openings in Lebanon, Buying and Merchandising.
•Control and Follow up on brand and shops performance (stock control, sales figures, profit, stock, ROST…)
•Update store managers on all new product introductions, brand information and other related issues.
•Make recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required.
•Participate in recruiting Shop Managers and MIT managers.
•Coordinate constantly with marketing department, Operation manager.
•Established the “store operation Manual” used now to train Managers and Assistant Managers in Bestseller.
The manual is a base for running a smooth organized operation in the stores by setting goals, priorities and organizing time management in order to benefit from efficiency and increase in sales.
