- Partner with various functional teams to identify opportunities for
automation, lead projects and prioritize business cases.
- Define business gaps and maintain effective communication with
management, making them aware of critical issues and of the action plans.
- Participate in writing policies and procedures of applied technologies, as well
as process documents.
- Develop automation culture and promote positive RPA results throughout the enterprise by campaign building, including template design/briefcases, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyze the business process and redesign components in which AI should be
leveraged.
- Align projects deliverables with strategic business objectives and Saudi
authority regulators.
- Explore and assess viability of applying assessments recommendations,
working with business units to implement if approved.
- Effective coordination of all elements of AI projects initiations (SOWs,
RFPs..), with a hands-on, can-do attitude where necessary.
Accomplishments:
- Support the department in identification of gaps and automation opportunities
by creating the process tree diagram for all targeted businesses.
Facilitate the smooth flow of documents across departments by leading a
project to fully automate internal forms.
