- Overall responsible to implement HSE policy in their areas of control.
- Ensure that arrangements and resources for implementing the policy are adequate.
- Set, promote and implement a company HSE Policy.
- Discipline any management staff for failing to discharge satisfactorily HSE Policy.
- Risk Assessment.
- Accident Investigating.
- Coordinate and manage process to ensure smooth operation.
- Support Maintenance Department in preventive, proactive and predictive maintenance
- Supervising and managing employees and coordinate shifts according to company policies.
- Follow up with safety department and apply OSHA standards and company regulations.
- Safety Inspections.
- Work Equipment Inspections.
- Preparing Reports.
- Conducting Toolbox Meetings.
- Coordination with Site Staff.
- Assist the HSE manager in implementing H&S.
- Assist in Accident Investigating.
- Assists in Risk Assessments.
Perform inspections on each phase of the project till completion.
Assist in developing and maintaining the HSE plan, and alter it based on activates or work conditions.
Develop and assist with conducting SH&E orientation sessions for project stakeholders prior to allowing them to enter project work areas.
Assist managers and supervisors with conducting incident investigations.
Working in teams to deliver short line projects.
Read and draw engineering drawing and execute accordingly.
Site planning and evaluation.
Follow governmental regulations and apply any updates.
