Business Developmet Manager- projects

Total years of experience :15 years, 3 Months
joined as a sales accounts manager under GE company supervision, i managed to increase the sales +400%.
by closing big projects with the endusers(ARAMCO, Sabic) and EPCs,
after all i earned the position of business development manager with the following objectives:
- study all the awarded mega projects to the EPC( engineering, procurement, and construction) company.
- generate RFQs from these projects,
-maintain relationships from these EPC.
-guide sales engineers to work with the engineering team in the epc.
- closing orders.
- improve the structure of the sales team and the company.
STILL ON THE HEAD OF MY POSITION
was responsible of the awarded projects to the company, and my objective as the following:
- starts from logistics and mobilization supervision
- the relationship with the costumers (Aramco + EPCs) to make sure all the projects will go smoothly
-supervision of the project while it was going.
- managed teams 25 persons and more.
-all the projects here was a rental power.
graduated with an excellent degree in the project which was design and implement of RPV "remotely piloted vehicle" and here it was an airplane with high specs and its the only one with these specs in the same class. awarded a appreciation letter of this project. also graduated with failing in any subject of my materials all the five years.
