Key Accounts Manager responsible for managing existing and developing
new OEM accounts within the industrial (Energy & Transport) sector while delivering profitable sales and growth for New Engines Sales and Aftermarket Solutions.

 Manage current and potential Key customers within the assigned region (GCC) ensuring budgeted revenue and profits from these accounts are exceeded and that potential from Accounts are maximized.

 Building Pricing model for Engines Supply Contracts Specifically for Diesel Generator OEMs in line with the
business growth strategy goals and OEM capabilities.

 Working Closely with Key Rental Customers for Tailored Aftermarket Agreements (Genuine Parts Supply,
Emergency Troubleshooting/inspection Calls, Repair/Overhauling Agreements.)

 Cooperate with Legal department for Both Prime Product and Spare Parts draft agreement proposals taking in consideration, Kanoo Internal Policy, Parts and Engines Export Policy of Perkins (Manufacturer) Guide Lines and world Trade Compliance regulations for Export control and Sanctions regimes in a contractual-Based
agreements.

 Cooperate with Legal department for VAT / Customs regulations and exemptions if any depending on the
transaction type and nature (Free-Zone, Mainland ...etc.)

 Cooperate with Logistics department for Costing Inputs to implement in Price modeling Calculations for both Agreements of Engines Supply and Spare Parts.

 Developing appropriate sales visit schedules ensuring cost effective management with a visit schedule assuring aims and objectives of visits are fulfilled.

 Educating Customers by consultative sales approach for the Best Aftersales solutions matching their application, in terms of Spare Parts and Services, clarifying the benefits of the genuine channel of Aftersales solutions (CAT Dealer) to the customer and relating it with productivity indicators i.e.: cost/per hour per ton.

 Perform Maintenance and Repair related analysis to form business proposals in terms of Parts Supply contracts, total maintenance and repair contracts (TM&R) and periodic maintenance contracts.

 Working closely with Head Office Product Support Commodity Consultants in field studies, business cases for variety of customers through extensive field visits, inspections and Productivity Studies.

 Cooperating with Caterpillar’s Sales Specialists initiating Campaigns and seminars, and performance related case studies.

 Managing a portfolio of over 80 top customers and up to a value of 25 million AED worth of Parts & Servicerelated potential.

 Achieving business plan targets, maximizing profits at the desired margin per Commodity.
