Follow up with the customer regarding collection of Payments/submission of building plans and other required document in timely manner.
Pay visits and Arrange meetings with the Executives of Companies / potential customers to prospect for new business

Representing the organization at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Generate periodic sales summary and payment reports of the plots sold/allocation.
Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database and follow up from time to time.
