Responsibilities
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mockup samples and methods statements related to building works.
• Inspect contractor building work activities and to ensure that it is in compliance with the approved shop drawings, method statement, approved materials and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the client's engineers for inspection of on ongoing and completed building works.
• Coordinate with the contractor engineer/foreman in charge of site works on daily basis on the proper execution of works.
• Maintain records as per project procedures of works for release of monthly interim payments application in coordination with Quantity Surveyor.
• Monitor the architectural and finishing works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Assist PM and QS in drafting related Site Work Instruction. Support the team to advise on the impacts.
• Coordinate with other trade disciplines for smooth project progress.
• Assist PM/RE/Sr. trade discipline in coordinating with the design team as and when required especially for confirming RFI responses.
• Attend pre-construction meetings for all construction activities.
• Enforce in coordination with HSE Engineer performance of work in strict compliance with the approved safety Plan.

Project: TJ PEARL MANSION, Isola Dana (Design & Built, package 3)

• Coordination with the consultants on all shop drawings approval &
sample approvals, Site Inspection & Snagging.

• Lead a team of draftsmen to generate Shop Drawings for Civil Works, Screed Layout, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Flooring layout, Design Structures & Detail Drawings.

• Resolve design clashes between Architectural and MEP services & Generate coordination drawings between the MEP subcontractor works, Architectural and Civil works.

• Assist senior Architect in developing solutions to technical and detail design issues.

• Onsite coordination of ID finish works with respect to MEP Services.

• Hold meetings with subcontractors, specialists & suppliers to facilitate accurate coordination of work sequences. Create detailed area schedules for coordination of the installation works.

• Prepare Pre-qualifications, Material Submittals, & RFIT.
