 As an Cluster IT Manager, I am responsible to deliver the total IT solution for the Karan Suites & Towers, Al-FAROOQ COMPOUND, Karan Gulf Services & Tasneem Foodstuff Company.
 Prepare project plans and installation schedules to deliver key hotel & Other Companies software, training, and scheduling of support.
 Manage contractor relationships; ensuring delivery of IT Infrastructure is delivered as per the requirements of the Hotel and Corporate offices.
 Maintaining communication with Regional Office relating to Information Technology within the hotel to ensure optimum sharing to the hotel of brand requirements and policies.
 Designing the IT Data Center in accordance with guidelines and best practices.
 Project Managed installations, training, and support for ERP (Fortune IDS, Opera, Micros, Sun Financial and Material Control, Solution Dot ERP, and many others)
 As IT has evolved into the business enabling department, I look at processes to ensure all operational departments are working at their optimal from an IT perspective. At the same time being mindful of ensuring the hotel adheres to the
very strict policies and procedures that are defined.
