• Overseeing technical project in alignment with organization goals
• Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes

Responsibilities
• Working with my team and managing the functional and technical facets of engagement (planning, execution, finalization and billings);
• Obtaining understanding of the business processes through meetings with the client;
• Coordination with team managers to identify the hurdles and work on overcoming those hurdles so as to avoid any delays in the project;
• Supervision, review of the functional aspect of work done by I.T as well as junior functional consultants;
• Liaison with client's management and communication of relevant matters to personnel at appropriate level of responsibility;
• Promote conducive work environment and build cordial relations with client and team members;
• Configuring the Oracle ERP system in accordance with the clients’ business processes;
• Providing user training sessions of Oracle ERP modules;
• Implementing the Oracle ERP modules;
• Drafting Functional Design Documents, User Training Manuals and other deliverables as required by the client;
• Data translation from legacy to ERP system using specialized software;
• Coordinating with the Oracle support personnel for solving client’s system related and configuration problems;
• Reconciliation of data from Legacy to ERP system for accuracy of Financials;
• ERP Implementation and Support, Configuration of ERP to meet business requirements and document application set-ups, Mapping and translate business requirements into serviceable ERP application functionality, Recommends, justifies and leads the delivery of the internal enhancements / customization to Oracle Business Suite to meet complex business needs.
• In-house implementations of Oracle E-Business Suite Modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, PO, INV, OM & Discrete Manufacturing) in R-12.
• My core responsibilities are to implement financials and SCM Modules. (O2C, P2P, Finance) as a Team Lead.
• Prepared all types of Functional documents as per AIM methodology.
• Good understanding of accounting rules involved in any business area
• Post Go-Live Support for Financial and Supply Chain Modules.
• Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software products, or makes significant enhancements to existing software.
• Researches and integrates design strategies product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
• Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for software operating systems and application issues.
• Responsible for software development activities in relation to all or part of a software system solution/product
• Support senior team members in relation to a variety of activities associated with the software development lifecycle
• In software methodology environment, create both low and high level designs, implement code and develop testing and implementation solutions
• Occasionally lead small teams of software engineers in relation to software development activities
• Produce proficient code in programming language’s
• Help ensure that software development is delivered in line with expectations and agreed constraints, as directed by senior colleagues
• Develop and design test specifications in line with overall test strategy/framework
Database systems.
There are more than 4-sophisticated system in different department around the company and most of them are fully interigated with each other. Development and enhancement of existing system continue all the year.
