• Publishing reports and dashboard: Publishing of L&D reports and dashboard on daily, weekly and monthly basis with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and create new dashboard and report: Understanding the requirement from senior management of L&D team and BU and design the new reports to track the performance.
• Budgeting: Work closely with each BU’s learning partner to prepare L&D budget for respective BU for the coming year.
• Forecasting: Provide the forecast report to management team so that the management team can do proper planning to meet objectives and goals.
• Preparing Strategic plan report: Providing strategic plan report to team so that necessary action can be taken to achieve the L&D yearly target.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports: Understanding the requirement from senior management team and prepare ad-hoc reports for data analysis and process trending.
• Analysis: Analysis from different dimension and identify the key area where business needs to give attention to improve the performance.
• Designing Database: Designed a database in Oracle 11g where SQL queries are used for data manipulation and reporting purpose.
Key Responsibility: -
• Transition of Metrics & Reporting: Leading the transitions of all the new clients’ dashboards to Mumbai M&R Team. This involves rigorous study of the contract & identifying all the critical service levels & key measurements, which can be captured & reported on daily basis.
• Design & Create Dashboards: Understanding requirements of Clients, senior management as well as individual CSC’s (centers), and designing Daily/ Monthly / Weekly Dashboards.
• Understanding data structures and data source: Co-coordinating with process owners and onshore quality team for understanding data structures and data source as data analyst. Work closely with the US & Canada office for daily updates on reporting requirements and improvements
• Daily Metrics Reporting: Daily Volume Timeliness and Accuracy reporting for all domains and for all clients like IP, BMO, Air Canada, Thomson Corporation, Universal Studios, Sun Microsystems, Prudential, BOA, Unisys, McKesson etc. using different platforms like Siebel, Citrix, CMS Avaya, Shared drives & various internal applications for reporting.
• Preparing Ad-hoc reports: Understanding requirements from Leadership team and preparing ad-hoc reports for data analysis and process trending.
• Providing input to Clients Accounts Team for process improvement: Accumulating data for various periods and reporting to Clients Accounts Team for Client reporting.

Was awarded as Quest Plus award of Quarter (January to March 2008). Have received the Premier Team award Dec 08 Have become the Gold Club Member for submitting 7 Quest award in a year (2008-09). Was awarded as 3 Quest award in the year 2010.
