Project Description : This Project was so far the biggest Project in Mobily history. This intended to capture the Corporate Market in Saudi Arabia, there are various package plans are there for attracting the various levels of Corporate Customers from small scale industries to Large Scale industries.
This huge project involves all the systems such as Siebel 8.1-CRM, Mediation for network, Portal- telecom billing, Payment Gateway - for payments, interacting each other, through EAI is being as Middleware connecting to all other independent systems.
Total Team size 21(Onsite 5 + off shore 16)
Role:
Total Team size 19(Onsite 5 + off shore 14) Introduce new payment channels using credit card so the customers can use his credit card that already registered to make payment through website, IVR or USSD. The credit card clearance and authorization will be through NCB (National Commercial Bank).
Responsibilities
Test plan Prepared Test Scenarios & cases design, test case execution & Bug reporting
Assigning the Severity and Priority of the test cases and bugs
