•Complete Reformer check as per the check list
•All Material Handling Equipment (Screens, Conveyorses Chutes diverters, gear box .
• Complete one Month Training By MIDREX Experts (Nazar Singh) from USA Operation & Maintenance of DRI Plant.
Assistant Manager Project
During Project Phase Tuwairqi Steel Mills (DRI)
•Carry out complete piping (Fabrication and erection) of the plant Large Bore and small bore with all relevant documents. As per the Consultant Provided Isometric Drawings
• Fabrication and erection of all equipment included Reduction Furnace, Scrubbers & Mist Eliminators.
•Carry out Certain modification in the process gas circuit.
•Installation of Centrifugal Pump
Carrying out Preventive and breakdown Maintenance of Stationary and Rotary equipment of plant including.
•Tanks & Column.
•Valves
•Piping
•Heat Exchanger (Plate and Shell tube type)
•Furnaces
•Pumps & Compressor
•Cooling Tower/Fin Fan Coolers
•Using SAPPlant Maintenance Module for the record of above including warehouse transactions.
•Leading team of welder and fabrication construction jobs
•Supervising the out sourced constructional activity (Piping/Structure etc)
•Work as lead person in the Revamp/Turnarounds/Shutdowns of the plant.
Responsible for the following jobs
Cold work permit (CW) for isolation, man way opening & ventilation
•Cold Work permit (CW) Based on the work scope
•Hot work permit (HW)based on the work scope
•Confined space work permit (CS) based on the work scope
•Guides the supervisors with regard to the work sequence
•Ensure all the safety watches in his area are vigilant
•Ensure that safety talks are given by the his supervisors to his crew on a daily basis and record the same

•Apply for road any closure permits if any equipment or crane or work is obstructing flow of traffic in the road
Quality Requirement
•Fulfilling the QA/QC requirement for each of the work equipment
• Ensure his inspection coordinator is closely following the QA/QC requirement for each of the equipment
•Ensure all the relevant work stages are offered to QC personnel & the stage-wise approval is received on the box-up certificate from the execution.
•Constantly be in touch with his supervisor ensuring job safety and progress at all time
Material Management
• Proactively ensure the availability of all the spare & materials for each of the equipment
•Ensuring that the right gaskets & materials are used in his area/equipment
•Shall have a list of spare required for all the equipment to be inspected
•Responsible for withdrawing the right material from Stores
House Keeping And Scaffoldings
•Ensure “fit to use” scaffolding tagging is available where applicable
•Ensure proper housekeeping in the area
•Be aware of roads that need road closure permit if obstruction is foreseen
