Manages multiple projects and prioritize work to meet all deadlines
• Design, Develop work within guidelines and budget of the assignment
• Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
• Brief freelancers when requested by Management
• Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery
• Work collaboratively with suppliers, members of creative and core departments
• Lead Graphic and Jr. Designers on the team as assigned to develop and design
visual materials that support the brand strategy
• Create digital mock-ups and assets for ads, banners
• Works on different print campaigns which includes brochures, flyers, posters,
booklets, newspaper advertisement, social media adaptations and other material
used for promoting brands
• Ability to handle projects like Books, Magazines, Annual Reports, Profiles
• Review color separations and provide input to Production
• Full understanding of printing and prepress, as well as possessing the skills for
Preparing files for output.
• Project quality control, review and assessment

• Interact Marketing and Client Service for best printing techniques
• Applies established corporate branding specification to ensure work meets
organization guidelines
• Organize and delegate the task to design department
• Assist Creative Director with special projects: reports, presentation boards, etc
• Manage e-mails coming from clients and update their Artwork
• Handle Projects like Books, Magazines, Annual Reports, Profiles
• Quality Control of design, printing, prepress and file release
• Full understanding of printing and prepress, as well as possessing the skills for
preparing files for output
• Hand over a weekly report to the marketing manager and the chairman to update
them on the work process
Supervise jobs under the Design and Pre-Press Department
• Manage all works under production for Image Setter including density checking and
color separation of artwork
• Prepare Montage (Magazines, folders, Flat Jobs, Work/Turn, Work/Tumble),
• Digital montage through Preps to CTP (Computer to Direct Plate)
• Work all types of die cuts (folders, greeting cards, presentations)
• Design business cards, letterheads, and other company stationery
• Create posters and flyers for various local events
• Design different types of Notebooks and Diaries
